In this article, we present everything related to the Private Tourist Hospitality Facility Permit.    <\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-361975f e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"361975f\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a0e56a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2a0e56a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">I: Definitions. \n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-70f28ee e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"70f28ee\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0ae64d1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0ae64d1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Private tourist hospitality facility:<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A furnished, self-contained, individually owned and licensed real estate unit. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It provides daily overnight accommodation for tourists for a fee.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Tourist hospitality facility:<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Every place that offers overnight accommodation to tourists for a fee. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">whether<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> permanently or temporarily.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Travel and tourism service provider:<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Licensed to provide marketing and reservation management services for units <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">facilities<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> hospitality <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">tourist<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> private.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Declaration:<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A document issued by the Ministry <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">to approve<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> practicing the activity of a private tourist hospitality facility. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A separate permit will be issued for each unit.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Loosening:<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  A document e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"82b60aa\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cd6855c e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"cd6855c\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a275db8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a275db8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Secondly: Who should get the permit. \n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7bbd937 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7bbd937\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Any person who owns or rents a furnished residential or agricultural real estate unit <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and provides overnight accommodation for tourists for a fee.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b5e288 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"2b5e288\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c2d4c4c e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"c2d4c4c\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-700e948 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Third: Requirements for submitting an authorization. \n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-89df967 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"89df967\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The applicant must be a Saudi national.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Deed of electronic property or electronic real estate for rent, as applicable, for the purpose of obtaining ownership or use of the property or use of the class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">IV: Requirements for accepting an authorization. \n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6883d0a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6883d0a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The total number of permits issued to the permittee shall not exceed the total number of permits issued to the permittee in a single contract for (3) years.  <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Complete photos of the property (photos showing all rooms and facilities in addition to a photo of the exterior door and the building and photos showing a fire extinguisher, smoke detector, fire blanket, first aid kit).   <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pay the license fee invoice of SAR 1,100 via SADAD channel within a maximum of 30 days to complete the application and issue the license.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-86be4fa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f5f2f48\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The penalty of the fine shall be doubled if the offender repeats the offense during the period in which the previous offense was committed.<br><br><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Commission may impose a double fine for the same offense within one year from the date of committing the first offense, for the first offense, to the Commission, which is responsible for the issuance of the permit for the second offense for the first time. <br><br><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If a violation is repeated within one year from the date of committing the first offense for which a warning is issued, the penalty shall be a minimum fine of (500) Riyals. <\/span><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8e9a4ba e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"8e9a4ba\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6716f2e e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"6716f2e\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1d94d82 match the actual reality of private tourist hospitality facilities when publishing or advertising them.  <\/b><\/p><p><b>Penalty for violation:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Double the fine.<\/span><\/span><p> <\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Violation clause: Enabling others to use the permit without the Ministry&#8217;s approval. <\/b><\/p><p><b>Penalty for violation:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A fine of SAR 15,000.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cancellation of the permit<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Action in case of recurrence:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: Ministry.  <\/b><\/p><p><b>Penalty for violation:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A fine of SAR 1,000.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Action in case of recurrence:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Double the fine.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Violation clause: Opening the unit occupied by a tourist, whether or not he is present in the unit, without obtaining his permission, except after coordination with the competent authorities.   <\/b><\/p><p><b>Penalty for violation:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A fine of SAR 1,000.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Action in case of recurrence:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span
