I: Definitions.
Private tourist hospitality facility:
A furnished, self-contained, individually owned and licensed real estate unit. It provides daily overnight accommodation for tourists for a fee.
Tourist hospitality facility:
Every place that offers overnight accommodation to tourists for a fee. whether permanently or temporarily.
Travel and tourism service provider:
Licensed to provide marketing and reservation management services for units facilities hospitality tourist private.
Declaration:
A document issued by the Ministry to approve practicing the activity of a private tourist hospitality facility. A separate permit will be issued for each unit.
Loosening:
A document issued by the Ministry that enables the holder to practice the activity of operating a tourist hospitality facility.
Secondly: Who should get the permit.
Any person who owns or rents a furnished residential or agricultural real estate unit and provides overnight accommodation for tourists for a fee.
Third: Requirements for submitting an authorization.
- The applicant must be a Saudi national.
- Deed of electronic property or electronic real estate for rent, as applicable, for the purpose of obtaining ownership or use of the property or use of the property or use of the real estate, as applicable.

- Fill in the following information:
- Property data.
- Contract data.

- Details of the hospitality management company (if applicable).
- A declaration that there is no objection from the owners in the shared property.
- Confirm the attached data.
- Review and submit the application.
VI: The most important parts of the regulation:
- No gratitude for the service rendered to the organization, and no reservations are required for a confirmed reservation.
- The readiness, cleanliness and maintenance of the private tourist hospitality facility before registering tourist income.
- Use statements that correspond to the Declaration, and images that correspond to the actual reality of the tourist hospitality facility, especially when publishing or advertising the Declaration.
- No reservations shall be made for the private tourism hospitality facility and its marketing and advertising shall be provided only by the travel and tourism marketing and advertising department.

Seventh: Violations and penalties.
- The penalty of the fine shall be doubled if the offender repeats the offense during the period in which the previous offense was committed.

- If a violation is repeated within one year from the date of committing the first offense for which a warning is issued, the penalty shall be a minimum fine of (500) Riyals.
